Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1847-92, as amended, (EMC 19.4.020), <br />definition of "Wetland boundary," which currently reads as follows: <br />"Wetland boundary" means, for the purposes of the calculation of the area of the wetland, <br />the total extent of the wetland both on- and off-site, as determined by a qualified wetlands <br />professional, applying the Washington State Wetlands Identification and Delineation <br />Manual (Ecology Publication #96-94, 1997). <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Wetland boundary" means, for the purposes of the calculation of the area of the wetland, <br />the total extent of the wetland both on- and off-site. <br />Section 60: Definition.
