However, they have close personal ties and plan to <br /> work together on developing additional business interests. Both are in agreement <br /> regarding those in suite #2 passing through suite #1 to reach the common rest rooms. <br /> In the event the arrangement in the preceding paragraph ends, due to the tenant in <br /> suite #2 vacating the property, the property owner and I have agreed that suite #2 will <br /> remain vacant.
