TIEN HA. 09/05/2016 <br /> Hello. <br /> This letter is to inform you of the following conditions: <br /> 1. There has been no power in Suite 5 for several months. That suite is the access way for my staff and <br /> customers to use the public restrooms. The lack of power, which you are required to provide under the <br /> lease, is unacceptable and unsafe. <br /> 2. There has been no power in the restrooms for the last two weeks. The lack of power, which you are <br /> required to provide under the lease, is unacceptable and unsafe. <br /> 3. The restroom has a toilet that has been broken for several months. You have been informed of this and <br /> still have not repaired it as you are required to under the lease. <br /> 4. The ceiling in my office is leaking and has damaged ceiling tiles. You were informed of this months ago <br /> and despite indicating you would repair the tiles, you still have not done so. The repair is your responsibility <br /> under the lease. <br /> You have been given notice of these issues several times. They need to be addressed immediately or I will <br /> report the public safety issues to the city and county and/or take legal action to obtain your compliance <br /> with the lease. <br /> Thanks. <br />
