NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That there be, and hereby is, levied upon real and personal <br /> property in the City of Everett, subject to taxation <br /> thereon, a general property tax for municipal purposes for <br /> the ensuing year commencing on January 1, 1994 as follows: <br /> Regular Property Tax Levy (including Library <br /> Levy Lid Lift) - $3. 60 per thousand dollars of <br /> assessed value or the maximum allowed by law <br /> Emergency Medical Services - $0.25 per thousand dollars <br /> of assessed value or the maximum allowed by law <br /> General Obligation 1982 Housing <br /> Authority Bond, Principal and <br /> Interest $ 236,870 <br /> General Obligation 1988 Senior <br /> Housing/Center Bonds, Principal <br /> and Interest $ 635,733 <br /> Section 2 : <br /> That the City Clerk be, and hereby is, directed to certify <br /> to the County Assessor a copy of this ordinance in order <br /> that the same be extended upon the general assessment roll <br /> of said County, in the same manner and at the same time as <br /> the levy for the State and County taxes is extended. <br />
