Attached is our Invoice #356 for testing services for the month of April, 1970 on the above subject project • We wish to point out that one hour cancellation of inspection services • is charged to you due to the contractor notifying us on 4/21/70 they required inspection of steel and forms and concrete placement for 4/22/70. Upon arrival at the job site, the Inspector found the forms and steel were not ready for inspection :and the concrete could not be placed. • A similar situation has occurred again. Contractor notified us 5/5/70 that a concrete placement was scheduled for 5/6/70, but upon arrival on the job site, our Inspector was advised that no concrete placement was scheduled for that date. • We feel that :you should be informed that when our Inspectors arrive on a job site, as requested, and the 'inspection services are not required, an hour's services are charged to the customer. ' We have advised Mr. Bob Quinn that .we must be notified by, 3, o'clock the day before he requires our s;ervices 'and that if they cancel ' we should also' be notified.
