SECTION 10: Section 39.050 of Ordinance 1671-89, which reads: <br /> 39.050 Bed and Breakfast Houses. <br /> A. The bed and breakfast house shall be conducted in such a <br /> manner as to give no outward appearance nor manifest any <br /> characteristics of a business, in the ordinary meaning of <br /> the term, that would infringe upon the right of the <br /> neighboring residents to enjoy a peaceful occupancy of <br /> their homes. The guest establishment shall be operated <br /> within the principal structure and not in any accessory <br /> structure. <br /> B. The owner shall be the operator of the facility and shall <br /> reside on the premises. <br /> C. There shall be no more than five (5) guest rooms for <br /> persons other than the members of the immediate family of <br /> the operator. <br /> D. Two (2) off-street parking spaces shall be provided for <br /> the operator, and one (1) off-street parking space shall <br /> be provided for each guest room. Off-street parking shall <br /> not be provided in the required front setback area except <br /> in a pre-existing driveway. Visual screening of off- <br /> street parking areas shall be provided as required by <br /> Subsection 15.090 of this Ordinance. <br /> E. Signs shall show only the name of the establishment shall <br /> be limited to twelve (12) square feet in area, shall not <br /> be internally illuminated, and shall be set back a minimum <br /> of ten feet from the front or corner side lot line. <br /> F. There shall be no cooking facilities permitted in guest <br /> rooms. <br /> G. The maximum stay permitted for guests shall not exceed ten <br /> consecutive days. <br /> H. Bed and breakfast houses shall be permitted where <br /> indicated by the Use-Standards Table for individual zones <br /> and within homes on the National or State Historic <br /> Register in any zone. <br /> is hereby amended to read: <br /> A.
