/111111 /%7A ORDINANCE NO. 1952-93 EVA''TETT AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled "1993 Traffic Signal Interconnect Project", Fund 303, Program 474, to accumulate all design and construction costs for the improvement project. WHEREAS, the City of Everett has applied for and received approval for Transportation Improvement Project Funds for design and construction of traffic signal interconnect improvements at various locations in the City. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 474, entitled "1993 Traffic Signal Interconnect Project" to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. Section 2: Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, Program 474, for design and construction of the improvement project. Section 3: Authorization is hereby granted for the "Public Works Director", under direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. Section 4: The sum of $112,500.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 474, "1993 Traffic Signal Interconnect Project" as follows: A. Estimated Project Costs Design $18,000 • Construction 94.500 Total Estimated Cost $112,500 B. Source of Funds Fund 157 - Traf. Mitigation $56,675 Fund 301 - Arterial St. 34,325 TIB (State) 21,500 Total Estimated Funds $112,500 C. This appropriation shall not lapse, but shall be carried forward from year to year until fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of `aG 0(/q°4r, reappropriation.
