PR� .A9B�EMENT <br />Tha underaiQned nereby requests the City oP Everett to waive <br />tha PRV charae on hie/her water service at <br />Tha undoraiQned <br />repreaents that the service et said location presently has a PRV <br />in good Norking order and that, in conaideration of waiver of <br />said charae, for the period that underai�ned ia a water service <br />cuatomer at the above location, the undersiened agrees: <br />1. To maintain said PRV in good working order; and <br />2. To release the City oP Evarett Prom any and all <br />liability arising from increased operating pressures on <br />the N5 transmiseion line to whieh the above Water <br />serviae ia connected; and <br />3. To indemnify and hold harmleas the City of Everett from <br />any and all claims related to the failure of the PRV <br />installed at the above location.
