<br />Since applications for water service have been increasino in the ax'ea franting or
<br />near our transmission mains, the City feels responsibility for establishin� a set
<br />of requirements to protect its customers and maiataia levels of service. To
<br />facilitate the County or 5tate, the City of Everett would l.i}:e to establish a set of
<br />requiremeats to guide your initial response to those requesting v�ater service.
<br />The City of Everett will prov:de a service :ap at its right of n�ay bo�:ndary to aa
<br />applicant it: , . .
<br />1. The surrounding water districts will not provide service for the '
<br />appli.cant, and a written statement from the associated districts �
<br />to that effect has been obtair.ed. .
<br />2. Th� applicant agrees to participate in future water districts when
<br />established and to relinquish the individaal service at that ti.me.
<br />3. The aoplicant has County or State approved plans for vrater service
<br />and fire protection, if applicable.

<br />Access to the property is provided and approved Up those parties
<br />concerned, public or private, when the applicant does not froat on
<br />our transmission main right of way. (If private property is crossed,
<br />an easement must be recorded with property description. If pnblic
<br />property must be crossed, then written pesmission from the appro-

<br />The applicant agrees to accept interr�tible �ervice and provide
<br />any necessazy storage. • �
