ORDINANCE NO. 1922-93 EVERETT AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of 1st Place West, lying east of 100th Street S.W., north of Everett Mall Way WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, did by Resolution No. 3697, duly adopt and fix the 23rd day of December, 1992, at 8:30 A.M., as the date of public hearing; and WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing and determination of said Resolution has been given by the City Clerk in the manner prescribed by law; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing, favorable statements and objections to the vacating of the herein described street were heard and discussed; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds it would not vacate the street could it not retain an easement; and WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council of the City of Everett that the said street resolved to be vacated should be vacated pursuant to the terms and conditions of this ordinance: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the following described right-of-way: LEGAL DISCRIPTION: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 28 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST, W.M.; THENCE SOUTH 89°18'48" EAST 250.00 FEET ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SUBDIVISION TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 1ST PLACE WEST AS CONVEYED TO SNOHOMISH COUNTY; THENCE SOUTH 00°37'51" WEST 150.06 FEET ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID 1ST PLACE WEST TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF A TRACT OF LAND CONVEYED TO LINDSEY AUTOMOTIVE BODY COMPANY INC. UNDER AUDITOR FILE NO. 9111040240, THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 89°18'48" WEST 51.19 FEET PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION SUBDIVISION TO A POINT ON A CURVE CONCAVE TO THE SOUTHWEST HAVING A RADIUS OF 330.00 FEET AND TO WHICH POINT A RADIAL LINE BEARS NORTH 82°19'32" EAST; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY 118.82 FEET ALONG SAID CURVE THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 20°37'47" TO THE NORTH LINE EXTENDED WEST
