W ,J <br /> —Since applications for water service have been increasing in the area f;ontiag or <br /> wear our transmission mains, the City feels responsibility for establishing a set <br /> C%f requirements to protect its customers and maintain levels of service. To <br /> Qfacilitate the County or State, the City of Everett would like to establ service a set of <br /> C? requirements to guide your initial response to those requesting <br /> waterThe City of Everett will provide a service tap at its right of way bouadaLi to as <br /> applicant if: <br /> 1. The surrounding water districts will not provide serice for the <br /> applicant, and a written statement from the associated districts <br /> to that effect has been W..ained. <br /> 2. The applicant agrees to participate in future water districts when <br /> established and to relinquish the individual service at that time. <br /> 3. The applicant has County or State approved plans for water service <br /> and fire protection, if applicable. <br /> 4. Access to the property is provided and approved by those parties <br /> concerned, public or private, when the applicant does not front on <br /> our transmission main right of way. (If private property is crossed, <br /> an easement must be recorded with property description. If public <br /> property must be crossed, then written permission from the appro- <br /> priate authority is required). <br /> 5. The applicant agrees to accept interruptible service and provide <br /> any necessary storage. <br /> G.
