• <br /> • <br /> stlE!/EIFETT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1906-92 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing the"Central Business District Traffic Signal Improvements", Fund <br /> No. 311 as established by Ordinance No. 1432-88. <br /> WHEREAS, the" Central Business District Traffic Signal Improvements", Fund No. 311 was <br /> established to provide for the said purpose and, <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished and, <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the " Central Business District Traffic Signal Improvements" Fund No. 311 be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the" Central Business District Traffic Signal <br /> Improvements", Fund No. 311 are as follows: <br /> EXPENSES: <br /> Total Construction Costs <br /> Everett Ave/Rucker Ave, Prog. 938 $213,786.54 <br /> Central Business District, Prog. 939 374,268.89 <br /> Interfund Transfers To Fund 301 2,041.41 <br /> Total $590,096.84 <br /> REVENUES: <br /> Washington Dept. of Transportation $106,680.00 <br /> Arterial Street Fund No. 301 481,375.43 <br /> Interest Earnings 2,041.41 <br /> Total $590,096.84 <br />
