EVERETT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1905-92 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the <br /> City of Everett in accordance with a <br /> Resolution of Intent to Rezone, rezoning one <br /> parcel generally described as 10207 19th Ave <br /> SE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on January 10, 1991, the <br /> City of Everett Land Use Hearing Examiner held a public hearing <br /> concerning a rezone regarding the hereinafter described property <br /> from R-1, Single Family Residential Low Density to B-2(B) , <br /> Office, and as a result of that hearing the Examiner recommended <br /> the rezone of said property from R-1 to B-2(B) through the <br /> Intent to Rezone/Performance Agreement Process; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Council adopted a Resolution of Intent to Rezone <br /> and Performance Agreement dated April 3 , 1991; <br /> WHEREAS, City Council finds that the conditions of the <br /> Performance Agreement have been completed; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Council finds that the best interests of the <br /> health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of Everett will be <br /> met by this rezone; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Council finds that the hereinafter described <br /> property should be rezoned to B-2(B) Office; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1 : That the City Council does hereby find that the <br /> zoning change hereinafter set forth is consistent with the <br /> applicable provisions of the Everett General Plan; bears a <br /> substantial relation to the public health, safety and welfare; <br /> is consistent with the provisions of the Resolution of Intent to <br /> Rezone adopted by City Council on April 3, 1991; and promotes <br /> the best long term interests of the Everett community. <br /> Section 2 : That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as <br /> established by Ordinance no. 1671-89 as amended (Title 19 , <br /> Everett Municipal Code) is hereby amended from R-1, Single <br /> Family Low Density to B-2(B) , Office, for the following <br /> described property: <br /> SILVER LAKE VIEW TR BLK 000 D-00 - ALL LOT 1 TGW TH <br /> PTN VAC CO RD ADJ TO & ABTG ON N LN SD LOT 1 PER <br /> COMMISSIONERS REGULAR SESSION OF 11/29/76 & LESS W 10 <br /> FT THOF TO CITY EV PER SWD 1501/145 AUD FILE <br /> 7904170329 <br /> 1 <br />
