The Affordable Housing Trust Agreement <br /> with Washington Home of Your Own is an agreement to build The Willows at Melvin Place, which will <br /> meet the needs of such individuals. A total of 7 one-bedroom units and 1 two-bedroom unit for a resident <br /> manager will be built. There are a number of funding sources for this project. The City's funding benefits 2 <br /> of the units. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Affordable Housing Trust Fund Agreement substantially in the form <br /> provided for Washington Home of Your Own to build The Willows at Melvin Place and to sign necessary <br /> documents, as approved by the City Attorney's Office,to implement the Agreement. <br /> 1 <br />
