(1) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Heartland, LLC, for consulting services related to the Riverfront Development Project (2) Accept the Recommendation of the Cultural Arts Commission and Authorize the Mayor to sign the 2011 Cultural Arts Capital & Programming Grant Awards as designated, in an amount not to exceed $40,000 PROPOSED ACTION AGENDA: (These items currently scheduled for action on a future Everett City Council meeting).
