EXHIBIT A <br /> Central Puget Sound Water Suppliers Forum <br /> Rules for Conduct of Business <br /> Adopted as Revised: 4/24/2008 and 9/23/2010 <br /> 1. Membership <br /> • <br /> a) The members of the Forum are the designated representatives of <br /> the organizations listed below: <br /> • Everett <br /> • Seattle <br /> • Tacoma <br /> • Cascade Water Alliance <br /> • East King County Regional Water Association <br /> • Everett Water Utility Committee <br /> • Pierce County Regional Water Association <br /> • Snohomish River Regional Water Authority <br /> • South King County Regional Water Association <br /> • King County <br /> Additional representatives can be named for committee <br /> assignments or as alternates. <br /> b) Beginning in 2008, individual utilities may be added to the <br /> membership if they have 15,000 or more connections and agree to <br /> pay dues of$.60 per connection <br /> 2. Voting/Financial Responsibility <br /> a) To be a voting member (in contrast to an observer member), the <br /> organization must be current in the payment (within 90 days of <br /> notice) of any dues or assessments that the Forum agrees to <br /> require. If a member chooses to not make payment, they will be <br /> invited to continue to participate in an observer status. <br /> b) Allocation of the annual budget shall be made between the <br /> members within Pierce, King, and Snohomish Counties on the <br /> basis of 25 percent to Pierce County, 50 percent to King County, <br /> and.25 percent to Snohomish County.
