PUD <br /> requires a service contract with each of its customers to commission the new power feed. The secondary <br /> power feed service will be available by mid-January 2011 and provide a more reliable power supply to this <br /> critical facility. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Secondary Service Contract with the Public Utility District No. 1 of <br /> Snohomish County for the Evergreen Pump Station Facility. <br /> 47 <br />
