(1) Authorize the Mayor to sign Purchase and Sale Agreement with Janice Deckmann for the acquisition of property located at 528 Madison for park purposes (2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the Grant of Conservation Easement to Snohomish County for property located at 528 Madison Street (3) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement with HWA GeoSciences, Inc. for environmental monitoring at the Everett Landfill for an additional cost of $225,900 CONSENT ITEMS: (4) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,223,428.23 for the period of December 24, 2010 through December 30, 2010 (5) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Equipment Lease Agreement with NESCO, LLC in the amount of $2,784.60 (6) Accept the 126th Street Drainage Improvements project as complete and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with Precision Earthworks allowing the retainage bond to be released ACTION ITEMS: (7) Accept the Recommendation of the Cultural Arts Commission and Authorize the Mayor to sign the 2011 Cultural Arts Capital & Programming Grant Awards as designated, in an amount not to exceed $40,000 (8) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment #1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Dykeman to prepare bid specifications for the new Teen Center and Children's area at the Main Library, in the amount of $11,760.00 AGENDA CONTINUED ON BACK OF THIS PAGE
