BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Department of Homeland Security(DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is providing funds toenhance the capability of state,local,and tribal units of government to prevent,deter,respond to,and recover from catastrophic and/or terrorist events through the FFY 2010 Homeland Security Grant, State Homeland Security Program. This funding is being provided to address the unique exercise, training,Warming,equipment,organization,and management and administration needs for citizen preparedness and of emergency responders. The County and Contractor acknowledge and accept the terms of this contract and attachments hereto and have executed this contract as of the date and year written below.
