The attached agreement puts into one contract all these funds from different program years. <br /> By approving this action, City Council authorizes the Mayor to sign the agreement and other necessary <br /> documents so the HOME funding can be used to rehabilitate owner-occupied homes for low and moderate <br /> income citizens. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the HOME Agreement with Snohomish County substantially in the form <br /> provided, and to sign necessary documents as approved by the City Attorney's Office, to implement the <br /> Agreement. <br /> 15 <br />
