1 0 <br /> Principal Amount <br /> Authorizing Bond Date Outstanding <br /> Ordinance Designation of Bonds (3/1/11) <br /> Water and Sewer <br /> Revenue Refunding <br /> Ordinance No. 2607-02 Bonds, 2002 June 1, 2002 $ 1,225,000 <br /> ("2002 Bonds") <br /> Water and Sewer <br /> Ordinance No. 2690-03 Revenue Bonds, May 15, 2003 38,245,000 <br /> 2003 ("2003 Bonds") <br /> Water and Sewer <br /> Ordinance No. 2870-05 Revenue Bonds, <br /> 2005 ("2005 Bonds") <br /> October 14, 2005 35,000,000 <br /> Water and Sewer <br /> Ordinance No. 3123-09 Revenue and May 13, 2009 37,315,000 <br /> Refunding Bonds, <br /> 2009 ("2009 Bonds") <br /> (collectively, the"Outstanding Parity Bonds"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the ordinances authorizing the Outstanding Parity Bonds provide that <br /> additional water and sewer revenue bonds may be issued on a parity with such bonds if certain <br /> conditions are met; and <br /> WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council (the "Council") of the City that such <br /> conditions can be met and that it is in the best interests of the City and its inhabitants that the <br /> Bonds be issued on a parity with the outstanding water and sewer revenue bonds of the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Bonds authorized herein shall be sold pursuant to a competitive sale as <br /> herein provided; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain, as follows: <br /> Section 1.
