(8) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Permanent Easement and Temporary Right of Entry Agreement from the Port of Everett for the Tulalip Water Pipeline at Riverside Business Park at a cost of $14,000 (9) CB 1102-04 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a special construction fund entitled "Water and Sewer System Improvements Fund", Fund 336 with an initial appropriation of $199,290,000 to accumulate all design and construction costs for critical water and sewer system improvements AUDIENCE COMMENTS: Citizens have additional opportunity to comment on any item on the agenda including those items listed above for"Proposed Action".
