CONSENT ITEMS: (8) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,123,605.84 for the period of March 26, 2011 through April 1, 2011 (9) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $3,401,548.93 for the period ending March 26, 2011 (10) Authorize the Call for Bids for the 2011 Backwash Solids Dredge, Dewatering and Management Project ACTION ITEMS: (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with 2812 Architecture of Everett to develop site assessments and construction documents for exterior repairs to parks and recreation facilities in the amount of $67,800 (12) Authorize the Mayor to execute the Voluntary Cleanup Program Agreement with Washington State Department of Ecology for the Allen-Buick Property and such other documents required of the program (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with URS Corporation to evaluate and develop alternatives for the long term maintenance and operation of Outfall 025 in the amount of $90,000 (14) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the agreement to use city property with Dog Day Afternoon for concession services (15) Authorize the Mayor to sign the no-cost Change Order No. 1 for the Water Pollution Control Facility's Phase B-2 Improvements project Executive Session Adjourn Everett City Council agendas can be found, in their entirety, on the City of Everett Web Page at www.ci.everett.wa.us utilizing the City Services dialog box, and selecting City Council.
