The original agreement required Sound <br /> Transit to pay the City $126,658 per year for maintenance and security services at Everett Station. This new <br /> agreement defines the property,easements and ownership of the capital improvements made at Everett <br /> Station since the original agreement was written and increases the base contract price to $166,658 per year. <br /> The base contract price is adjusted annually to the Seattle Area consumer price index. The agreement <br /> replaces all previous agreements and amendments and is effective from January 1, 2011, through December <br /> 31, 2015. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Everett Station Operations and Maintenance Agreement with Sound Transit. <br /> 171 <br />
