18.14 Actions of the City or Grantee <br /> In any action by the City or Grantee mandated or permitted under the terms hereof, it shall <br /> act in a reasonable, expeditious and timely manner. Furthermore,in any instance where approval or <br /> consent is required under the terms hereof, such approval or consent shall not be unreasonably <br /> withheld. <br /> 18.15 Entire Agreement <br /> This Franchise represents the entire understanding and agreement between the parties hereto <br /> with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior oral and written negotiations <br /> between the parties. <br /> 18.16 Acceptance <br /> Within thirty (30) days after the passage and approval of this Ordinance by the City <br /> Council, this Franchise shall be accepted by Grantee by filing with the City Clerk an unconditional, <br /> acknowledged written acceptance of all of the terms and conditions of this Franchise.
