Stop the Stench
): The City of Everett, Mayor Stephanson, Everett City Council, Puget Sound Clean Air
Iency, Mario. Pedroza; Managing Inspector Puget Sound Clean Air Agency, James
plan; Executive Director Puget Sound Clean Air Agency, Dow Constantine; King County
cecutive/ Board of Directors Puget Sound Clean Air Agency et al.
le, the undersigned residents of Marysville and vicinity, strongly object to the lack of controls and
suiting stench from the Cedar Grove Processing Facility located in Everett, Washington on Smith
and on the west side of Hwy 529 south of Ebey Slough and behind Pacific Top Soils. We believe this
be a serious detriment to our quality of life and our collective health.
le further disagree to any expansion of this facility unless it includes fully enclosing the operation
d installing state of the art bio-filtration systems. We are deeply concerned about their intention to
ocess an additional 6000+ tons of restaurant food waste from King County at that location in its
rrent configuration and under the existing permits and restrictions.
L,, a
}\W .6',4/ I gvDv sr1Jr.14,04-v'rl,ao 11,“1/0
c13h, La//nrPG;
