The work in these chapters and appendices will largely be straightforward updating of the <br /> existing files to reflect service area, regulatory and system upgrades since the last plan. <br /> 2. Parts of the chapter updates related to the City Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) will <br /> be updated and provided by the City. <br /> 3. The City will provide editable (Word, Excel, GIS) files of the existing chapters, tables, <br /> figures, and current/updated appendix items (e.g. wholesale service agreements, etc.). <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. Draft updates of Chapters 1, 2, 3, 5, and 8 for City review and comment. <br /> 2. Final draft Chapters 1, 2, 3, 5, and 8 for plan submittal to DOE. <br /> 3. Assembly of updated Appendix items. <br /> Task 800 — Combined Sewer Area Stormwater Management <br /> Policies and Alternatives <br /> Objective <br /> Review and evaluate stormwater management policies and alternatives—including Green <br /> Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI) to manage stormwater runoff in combined sewer areas. <br /> HDR Services <br /> 1. Review stormwater policies, ordinances, and standards and recommend future development <br /> and redevelopment stormwater regulations in the combined sewer basins and other options <br /> for achieving higher levels of services in combined sewer areas. <br /> 2. Develop GSI alternatives for managing stormwater runoff within public rights-of-way in <br /> combined sewer areas. <br /> 3.
