If any Section, subsection, paragraph or provision of this Franchise is determined to be illegal, <br /> invalid or unconstitutional by any court or agency of competent jurisdiction, such determination <br /> shall have no effect on the validity of any other Section, subsection, paragraph or provision of this <br /> Franchise, all of which will remain in full force and effect for the term of the Franchise. <br /> 13.12. Acceptance <br /> After the passage and approval of this Ordinance and within thirty days after such approval, this <br /> Franchise shall be accepted by Grantee by filing with the City Clerk an unconditional, <br /> acknowledged written acceptance of all terms and conditions of this Franchise. Failure of <br /> Grantee to file such an acceptance within thirty days of approval shall be deemed a rejection by <br /> Grantee, and the rights and privileges herein granted shall cease after expiration of the thirty day <br /> period after approval, unless the thirty day period is extended by ordinance duly passed for that <br /> purpose. <br /> 10 <br /> Ray 3 anson, MI or <br /> ATT.
