"IP <br /> RESOLUTION No. 7097 E` <br /> A Resolution declaring the 10,000 gallon fiberglass tank located at the Water Pollution Control <br /> Facility as surplus and authorizing its sale at a public auction. <br /> Whereas,the City has a 10,000 gallon fiberglass tank located at the Water <br /> Pollution Control Facility; and <br /> Whereas,the above-referenced equipment is no longer of value or use to the City; and <br /> Whereas, Ordinance 2963-06 establishes a procedure and methods for surplusing or disposition <br /> of City-owned personal property; and <br /> Whereas,based on the guidelines set forth in Section 2 of Ordinance 2963-06 a public auction is <br /> the disposition method that best meets the City's interests; and <br /> Whereas,the City's purchasing manager has reported the basis for the estimated value of the <br /> surplus property and has recommended surplusing the above-referenced vehicles and equipment <br /> by public auction. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of Everett: <br /> 1. The 10,000 gallon fiberglass tank located at the Water Pollution Control <br /> Facility is no longer of value or use to the City; and <br /> 2.
