Preliminary Design $ 314,000.00 <br /> 2. Engineering Design 803,000.00 <br /> 3. Right-of-Way 900,000.00 <br /> 4. Construction $ 5,783,000.00 <br /> TOTAL $7,800,000.00 <br /> B. Source of Funds: <br /> 1. Transportation Improvement Board $ 5,773,000.00 <br /> 2. Fund 302, Boeing Mitigation 774,000.00 <br /> 3. Fund 157, Traffic Mitigation 316,000.00 <br /> 4. Department of Transportation 811,000.00 <br /> 5. Fund 301, 1/2 Cent Gas Tax $ 126,000.00 <br /> TOTAL $7,800,000.00 <br /> Section 5: The City Treasurer of the City of Everett is hereby authorized to obtain interim <br /> financing which may be in any form permitted by law. Interim financing liabilities shall be <br /> paid by the Treasurer as soon as permanent financing monies, from sources as described <br /> elsewhere in this ordinance, are received. <br /> Section 6: Severability. If any provision of this ordinance be declared unconstitutional or <br /> invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, it shall be conclusively presumed that this <br /> ordinance would have been enacted without the provision so held unconstitutional or invalid <br /> and the remainder of this ordinance shall not be affected as a result of said part being held <br /> unconstitutional or invalid. <br /> 2 <br />
