The words "Revenue Fund" mean the Water and Sewer Revenue Fund of the City created by Section 6 of Ordinance No. 536-78 . The words "Revenue of the System" mean all earnings, revenue and moneys received by the City from or on account of the operation of the System, except Assessment Income, and including the income from investments of money in the Revenue Fund and the Revenue Bond Fund or from any other investment thereof except the income from investments irrevocably pledged to the payment of the Refunded Bonds and any other water and sewer revenue bonds pursuant to a plan of retirement or refunding. The words "Revenue of the System" shall also include any federal or state reimbursements of operating expenses to the extent such expenses are included as Costs of Maintenance and Operation of the System. The words "Sinking Fund Account" mean any account created in the Revenue Bond Fund to amortize the principal of Term Bonds . The words "State Bonds" mean not to exceed $15, 212, 243 of the 1992 Bonds issued to evidence the loan from the Washington State Department of Ecology pursuant to the Agreement, as amended. The word "System" means the sanitary sewage collection and treatment system of the City, including facilities for the collection and disposal of storm water runoff, as it now exists and as it may later be added to, extended and improved, and the existing water supply and distribution system of the City, including the interest of the City in the water supply facilities constructed by Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County 14 FWwo03.DOC 92/09/21
