Execution and Authentication of 1992 Bonds . <br /> The 1992 Bonds shall be signed on behalf of the City with the <br /> facsimile signature of the Mayor and attested by the facsimile <br /> signature of the City Clerk. The seal of the City shall be <br /> impressed or a facsimile thereof imprinted on the face of each <br /> 1992 Bond. <br /> Only such Project Bonds and Refunding Bonds as shall bear <br /> thereon a Certificate of Authentication in the form hereinbefore <br /> recited, manually executed by the Bond Registrar, shall be valid <br /> or obligatory for any purpose or entitled to the benefits of this <br /> Ordinance .
