E . Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this <br /> Section 22; -t1-7e consent of the Bond Insurer shall be required for <br /> any amendment to this ordinance . <br /> Section 23 . Approval of Amendment to Agreement . The City <br /> hereby approves an amendment to the Agreement in substantially <br /> the form attached hereto as Exhibit C and incorporated herein by <br /> reference . The appropriate City officers are authorized to <br /> execute such document on behalf of the City and to make <br /> insubstantial changes thereto upon the advice of the City <br /> Attorney. The remaining provisions of the Agreement which are <br /> not amended are hereby ratified and confirmed. <br /> Section 24 . Severability. If any one or more of the cove- <br /> nants or agreements provided in this ordinance to be performed on <br /> the part of the City shall be declared by any court of competent <br /> jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such covenant or <br /> covenants, agreement or agreements, shall be null and void and <br /> shall be deemed separable from the remaining covenants and <br /> agreements in this ordinance and shall in no way affect the <br /> validity of the other provisions of this ordinance or of any <br /> Parity Bonds . <br /> Section 25 . General Authorization. The Mayor, the Finance <br /> Director, and the Clerk of the City and each of the other appro- <br /> priate officers, agents and representatives of the City are each <br /> hereby authorized and directed to take such steps, to do such <br /> other acts and things, and to execute such letters, certificates, <br /> agreements, papers, financing statements, assignments or <br /> 74 Fwwoo3 DOC 92/09m <br />
