prescribed by the provisions of this Agreement and the Bond <br /> Ordinance, and the Refunding Trustee shall only be responsible <br /> for the performance of its duties and obligations as so specif- <br /> ically set forth and to act in good faith in the performance <br /> thereof, and no implied duties or obligations shall be incurred <br /> by the Refunding Trustee other than those specified herein. <br /> None of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall <br /> require the Refunding Trustee to use or advance its own funds or <br /> otherwise incur financial liability in the performance of any of <br /> its duties or the exercise of any of its rights or powers here- <br /> under . The Refunding Trustee shall be under no liability for <br /> interest on any funds or other property received by it hereunder, <br /> except as herein expressly provided. <br /> The Refunding Trustee may consult with counsel of its <br /> choice, and the opinion of such counsel shall be full and com- <br /> plete authorization and protection in respect of any action taken <br /> or not taken or suffered by it hereunder in good faith and in <br /> accordance with the opinion of such counsel . <br /> The Refunding Trustee is authorized to comply with the <br /> requirements of this Agreement and is relieved from all liability <br /> for so doing notwithstanding any demand or notice to the contrary <br /> by any party hereto .
