Agreement. The Contractor also hereby delivers an original <br /> fully-executed Amended and Restated Ground Lease and Amended and <br /> Restated Lease. <br /> This Assignment is made without recourse against the <br /> Contractor for any sum due or to become due under the Amended and <br /> Restated Lease. <br /> Contractor acknowledges and agrees that from and after the <br /> date of this Assignment and Deed it shall have no right, title or <br /> interest in, to or under the Amended and Restated Ground Lease or <br /> Amended and Restated Lease or the property demised thereunder. <br /> This Assignment and Deed shall be governed by and construed <br /> and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of <br /> Washington.
