W7'-" I a- <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett as <br /> provided by Ordinance No 1671-89 as amended (Title 19, Everett <br /> Municipal code) rezoning the two parcels generally described as <br /> 10726 19th Ave SE and 10810 19th Ave SE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on December 19, 1991 , the <br /> City of Everett Land Use Hearing Exminer held a public hearing <br /> concerning a rezone regarding the herinafter described property <br /> from R-4 , Multi-Family High Density, to B-2(B) , Office, and as <br /> a result of that hearing the Examiner recommends the rezone of <br /> said properties from R-4 to B-2(B) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the best interests of the <br /> health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of Everett will be <br /> met by this rezone; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the hereinafter described <br /> property should be rezoned to B-2(B) Office; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council does hereby find that the <br /> zoning change hereinafter set forth is consistent with the <br /> applicable provisions of the Everett General Plan; bears a <br /> substantial relation to the public health, safety and welfare; <br /> and promotes the best long term interests of the Everett <br /> community. <br /> Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as <br /> established by Ordinance NO. 1671-89 as amended (Title 19, <br /> Everett Municipal Codes, ) is hereby amended from R-4, Multiple <br /> Family High Density to B-2(B) , Office, for the following <br /> described property: <br /> Haralson: THAT PORTION OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE <br /> SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER, SECTION 19 , <br /> TOWNSHIP 28 NORTH, RANGE 5 EAST, W.M. , SNOHOMISH <br /> COUNTY, WASHINGTON, LYING WEST OF THE WESTERLY MARGIN <br /> OF STATE HIGHWAY SR-527, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> BEGINNING AT THE EAST QUARTER CORNER OF SAID SECTION <br /> 19; THENCE ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID SOUTH HALF OF <br /> THE SOUTH HALF, ALSO BEING THE CENTERLINE OF STATE <br /> 1 <br /> hrlsno <br />
