• <br /> 1. If a lot or development site contains a total of 10 or fewer <br /> parking spaces, or not more than four-thousand (4,000) <br /> square feet of parking and maneuvering area, whichever is <br /> less, no landscaping is required in the internal area of <br /> parking lots. <br /> 2. If the parking area contains more than 10 but not more than <br /> 50 paring spaces, at least 17.5 square feet of landscape <br /> development must be provided as described in Paragraph E of <br /> this Subsection for each parking stall proposed. <br /> 3 .
