"Hillsides" means geological features on the landscape having slopes of fifteen percent ( 15%) or greater. Section 44: Section 4.020.A of Ordinance 1671-89, is amended by the addition of the following: "Hydric soil" means a soil that is saturated, flooded or ponded long enough during the growing season to develop anaerobic conditions in the upper part. The presence of hydric soil shall be determined following the methods described in the "Federal Manual for Identifying and Delineating Jurisdictional Wetlands. " Section 45: Section 4.020.A of Ordinance 1671-89, is amended by the addition of the following: "Marsh" means an area permanently inundated by water less than six feet deep and occupied predominantly by an emergent wetland vegetation community.
