"Hillsides" means geological features on the landscape having <br /> slopes of fifteen percent ( 15%) or greater. <br /> Section 44: Section 4.020.A of Ordinance 1671-89, is amended by the <br /> addition of the following: <br /> "Hydric soil" means a soil that is saturated, flooded or ponded <br /> long enough during the growing season to develop anaerobic <br /> conditions in the upper part.
