State natural area ' preserves and natural 'resource <br /> conservation areas; and <br /> f. those areas listed in the 1981 SEPA Resource Inventory as <br /> significant biological areas, which are: <br /> (1) Maulsby Swamp <br /> (2) Bomarc Bog <br /> ( 3 ) yew groves <br /> (4) Simpson Lee site <br /> (5) Narbeck Swamp <br /> (6) Jetty Island. <br /> Section 56: Section 4 .020.A of Ordinance 1671-89, is amended by the <br /> addition of the following: <br /> "Significant surface water connection" means a surface water flow <br /> that is continuous for thirty days or more. <br /> Section 57: Section 4 .020.A of Ordinance 1671-89, is amended by the <br /> addition of the following: <br /> "Stream channel bottom" means the submerged portion of the stream <br /> cross section which is totally an aquatic environment. The <br /> channel bottom may be seasonally dry. <br /> Section 58: Section 4.020.A of Ordinance 1671-89, is amended by the <br /> addition of the following: <br /> "Swale" means a shallow drainage conveyance with relatively <br /> gentle side slopes, generally with flow depths less than one <br /> foot. <br /> Section 59: Section 4.020.A of Ordinance 1671-89, is amended by the <br /> addition of the following: <br /> "Swamp" means an area permanently saturated or inundated by <br /> water, and occupied predominantly by either a scrub-shrub or <br /> forested wetland vegetation community. <br /> Section 60: Section 4 .020.A of Ordinance 1671-89, is amended by the <br /> addition of the following: <br /> "Transfer of development rights" means the amount of development <br /> allowed to be transferred from a lot containing an <br /> environmentally sensitive area to another lot, as permitted in <br /> Section 5 of this Ordinance. <br /> Section 61: Section 4 .020.A of Ordinance 1671-89, is amended by the <br /> addition of the following: <br /> Unavoidable, and necessary, impacts" means impacts to regulated <br /> environmentally sensitive areas after the applicant proposing to <br /> alter a regulated environmentally sensitive area has demonstrated <br /> that no practicable alternative exists for the proposed project. <br /> Section 62: Section 4.020.A of Ordinance 1671-89, is amended by the <br /> addition of the following: <br /> 4 ( <br />
