• 1: : 1; ORDINANCE NO. 1829-91 EVERETT AN ORDINANCE amending Sections 3 and 4 of Ordinance 1684-90 increasing the total estimated cost and appropriation for the special construction fund entitled "Rotary Park Phase I Development" Fund 353, Authorizing the design and construction of improvements at Rotary Park. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1684-90 was created to fund the design and construction at Rotary Park; and WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the City to enter into an agreement with the Rotary Club, Snohomish County and the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation to fund improvements at Rotary Park; and WHEREAS, the original funding ordinance included only one funding grant from the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation; and WHEREAS, the City of Everett applied for and has received two funding grants from the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation; and WHEREAS, the Funding Ordinance No. 1684-90 must be increased to reflect the additional funds that have been received from the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1684-90 which reads as follows: The total estimated cost of the improvements authorized is $300,000 which shall include all costs related to design, construction, contract administration, plan development and associated costs. be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: The total estimated cost of the improvements authorized is $600,000 which shall include all costs related to design, construction, contract administration, plan development and associated costs. Section 2: That Section 4 of Ordinance No. 1684-90 which reads as follows: A. The sum of $300,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 353 Program 450 "Rotary Park Construction" B. Source of Funds: 1. $ 75,000 - City of Everett General Fund 2. $ 25,000 - Snohomish County 3. $ 50,000 - The Rotary Club 4. $150,000 - IAC Grant
