The City of <br /> Everett requested the expansion of its Urban Growth Boundary to include all City-owned property in the <br /> Marshland area. This request was approved by Snohomish County. It has taken awhile to get this <br /> annexation to the City Council for approval because of complicated issues related to the legal description <br /> which first needed to be resolvedt with Snohomish County. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt Ordinance annexing property located east of the existing City limits, and west of and including the <br /> Lowell-Snohomish River Road, known as the Marshland Annexation <br /> • <br /> 99 <br />
