The Amended Development Agreement was a condition of approval of <br /> Rezone#04-009 and Ordinance No. 2847-05, and required that future development be consistent with <br /> specific building plans. With the repeal of the Development Agreement, future development on the property <br /> will need to meet the requirements of the City's design and development standards for the core residential <br /> area, which were adopted in 2008 after approval of the Development Agreement. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Adopt Ordinance Rezoning property in the <br /> vicinity of Rockefeller,26th Street and Everett Ave. from R-5 with Development Agreement to R-5, <br /> superseding certain provisions of Ordinance No. 2847-05 and Repealing Resolution No. 5755. <br /> 115 <br />
