• <br /> t. 0 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing the special construction fund entitled "Senior <br /> Center Improvements" Fund 342, Program 010, as established by <br /> Ordinance No. 2878-05. <br /> WHEREAS, the "Senior Center Improvements", Fund 342, Program 010 was <br /> established to accumulate the costs required to make certain improvements at the <br /> Senior Center, located at 3025 Lombard Avenue and, <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished and, <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the special construction fund, Fund No. 342, Program 010, "Senior <br /> Center Improvements" to be closed. <br /> Section 2: That the final revenues and expenses for "Senior Center Improvements", <br /> Fund 342, Program 010, are as follows: <br /> REVENUES <br /> CIP4 $200,000 <br /> Total Funds $200,000 <br /> EXPENSES <br /> Improvement Costs $180,391 <br /> Transfer Out—to CIP4 $ 19,609 <br /> Total $200,000 <br /> Section 3: That the remaining balance of $19,609 be transferred to CIP 4. <br /> 122 <br />
