• Ii ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE amending and closing the special construction fund entitled "Everett Senior Activity Center Expansion", Fund 342, Program 013, as established by Ordinance No. 3105-08. WHEREAS, the City Council recognized the need to expand and upgrade the City of Everett Senior Activity Center located at 3025 Lombard Avenue; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3105-08 created the special construction fund entitled "Everett Senior Activity Center Expansion", Fund 342, Program 013 to provide for the design and construction for the expansion of the Everett Senior Activity Center; and WHEREAS, additional funding is necessary to complete the construction of Everett Senior Activity Center Expansion; and, WHEREAS, with the additional funding provided by this ordinance, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected revenues to be received; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: Section 3 of Ordinance No. 3105-08 which reads as follows: The estimated cost of the project is $983,000 including, design, construction, equipment, and contract administration. Be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: The estimated cost of the project is $996,017 including, design, construction, equipment, and contract administration. Section 2: Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3105-08 which reads as follows': The sum of $983,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342, Program 013 "Everett Senior Activity Center Expansion". A. Use of Funds: Design Cost $ 79,000 Construction Costs $ 657,000 Equipment Costs $ 151,000 Contingency & Permits $ 96,000 Total $ 983,000 126
