This will be accomplished in one (1) mobilization to the WFP and is expected to <br /> begin in July of 2011. <br /> Five bids were received at the bid opening on May 17, 2011. Synagro West, LLC was the lowest responsive <br /> bidder with a bid of$408,408.00 including sales tax. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Award the 2011 Backwash Solids Dredging, Dewatering and Management Project contract to the lowest <br /> responsive bidder, Synagro West LLC, in the amount of$408,408.00 including Sales Tax and authorize the <br /> Mayor to sign the contract with Synagro West, LLC. <br /> 179 <br />
