(21) Award construction contract and authorize the Mayor to sign the contract with IMCO General Construction, Inc. for the Replacement of Water Transmission Line No. 3 — Phase 7 Project in the amount of $6,174,996.00, including Washington State sales tax. (22) Award the Cougar Timber Sale #124-8 contract to the highest most responsive bidder, Hampton Tree Farms, Inc., and authorize the Mayor to sign the contract with this company for the amount of $ 998,191.24.
