(1) Adopt Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Memorandum of Understanding related to PSRC"Growing Transit Communities" Program (2) Authorize the Mayor to execute Memorandum of Understanding related to Snohomish County Interjurisdictional Housing Program (3) CB 1106-21 — 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing the Community Development Block Grant special construction funds as established by Ordinance No. 2506-01 and 3016-07, and transferring balances from Fund 360 to Fund 198 (3rd and final reading on 6-22-11) PROPOSED ACTION: (These items currently scheduled for action on a future Everett City Council meeting).
