"Termination Fee°shall have the meaning set forth on the Termination Fee Schedule of the Agreement. <br /> NN. `Third Party°shall mean any Entity other than the parties or any Affiliates of the parties. <br /> 00, "Tier 1 Support' shall mean the provision of customer service and technical support to end users.The Metavante customer <br /> care agents provide assistance with the following,but not limited to payment verification, payee set up,opening service requests for <br /> payment research,user education on how to use the Metavante products,technical support with using and accessing the products,and <br /> technical support for some browser issues. <br /> PP. 'Tier 2 Support" shall mean the provison of support to end users for consumer initiated payment issues such as payment not <br /> posted,stop payment,late fees,and payment posted for incorrect amount.
