8 <br /> SERVICES AND CHARGES SCHEDULE <br /> DURING THE TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT,FUTURE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT WILL LIKELY CREATE ADDITIONAL <br /> FEATURES AND FUNCTIONS NOT CONTEMPLATED BY THIS AGREEMENT. UNLESS SPECIFICALLY NEGOTIATED BY THE <br /> PARTIES,THE PRICING DEFINED IN THIS SCHEDULE DOES NOT INCLUDE SUCH ADDITIONAL OR FUTURE <br /> FEATURES/FUNCTIONS <br /> BSP B2C GENERAL Services description <br /> The following is a general description of the BSP B2C Services that Metavante will provide to Client in accordance with the BSP B2C <br /> Services Agreement between the parties. <br /> 1. Installation Services. <br /> 1,1. Milestones. Metavante's effort related to Installation Services shall be directed towards achievement of the milestones <br /> ("Milestones").Milestones will be scheduled with Client in the Planning Phase and agreed upon at the conclusion of the Planning Phase. <br /> In the event that the information or actions required of Client are delayed beyond the deadlines set in the Planning Phase, then the <br /> Milestones provided for Metavante shall be adjusted forward as necessary to accommodate for such delay. Delays by Client include,but <br /> are not limited to, failure by Client to provide,in a timely manner, Document Data or Enrollment Data or other information reasonably <br /> requested by Metavante in the then current information transmission specifications of Metavante. With the cooperation of Client, <br /> Metavante shall provide Installation Services Include the planning,data mapping,and other Installation services generally described as <br /> follows: <br /> 1.2. Planning Phase—the Planning Phase of Installation Services will include: <br /> •Metavante initiates Installation°Kick-off"Team Meeting with Client <br /> •Metavante develops Installation Checklist and Project Plan for: <br /> o Print stream processing rules(not applicable where Client contracts for JPI Services Only) <br /> o Payment Services set-up <br /> a <br /> Client Training <br /> •Metavante delivers Installation Project Plan that includes the Production-Ready Date. <br /> 1.3. installation Phase--the Installation Phase of Installation Services will include: <br /> 1.3,1 Payment Integration <br /> • Metavante implements Financial Institution interface <br /> • Metavante implements Credit Card Processing Interface <br /> 1.3.2 Parsing and Presentment(not applicable where Client contracts for JPI Services Only) <br /> • Metavante develops Parsing Rules based upon printstream data received from Client <br /> • Metavante builds Document Presentment Template <br /> • Client delivers and Metavante validates one full cycle of Document Data <br /> • Metavante builds Initial Install and Test <br /> 1.3.3 Graphical User Interface("GUI°)Development <br /> • Metavante and Client agree on the BSP B2C Customer Console look and feel° <br /> • Metavante finalizes HTML files <br /> 1.3.4 Data Interfaces and Reporting <br /> • Metavante implements standard interfaces with Client <br /> • Metavante Implements tandard reports with Client <br /> 1.4. Production Phase—The Production Phase of Installation Services will include: <br /> • Internal Testing of all systems <br /> • Standard Client Review of GUI Development <br /> • Promote all systems to Production <br /> • Client access to BSP B2C System commences on Production-Ready Date. <br /> This plan will be tailored during the Planning Phase to the specific requirements defined in this Agreement. <br /> 2. Transaction Services <br /> 2.1 Enrollment.
