8 <br /> GENERAL SERVICES DESCRIPTION <br /> The following is a general description of the Services that Metavante will provide to Customer in accordance with <br /> the Payment Services Agreement to which this Services Description is attached. <br /> Metavante will implement the following Services for the Utility division: <br /> 1. Customer Console <br /> a. Enrolled website to facilitate bill viewing and payment <br /> b. Site/Document Branding-Branded to match the look and feel of Customer <br /> c, Payment Processing-ACH&Credit Card accepted <br /> d. Bill data will be obtained from a PDF provided by Customer <br /> e. Customer will publish site URL to its customers <br /> 2. Just Pay It <br /> a. One time,unenroiled website to facilitate bill summary data and payment <br /> b. Site Branding-Branded to match the look and feel of Customer <br /> c. Payment Processing-Payments via ACH&Credit Card <br /> d. Summary bill data will be obtained from the PDF file provided by Customer <br /> e. Customer will publish site URL to its customers <br /> 3. IVR <br /> a. Touch tone phone payment system to include Spanish <br /> b. Payment Processing-Payments via ACH&Credit Card <br /> c. Metavante will procure an 800 number from AT&T <br /> d. Customer will publish the 800 number to its customers <br /> 4. Biller Console <br /> a. Web based administrative tool for employees of Customer only <br /> b. Reporting,payments,bill and payment history <br /> c. Customer management <br /> d. Remittance Feeds <br /> 5. Professional Services <br /> a. Marketing Consultant&Adoption Marketing Tools <br /> b. Training for Administrators and End Users <br /> Metavante will implement the following Services for the EnglneeringlPublic Services division for Permit Application <br /> Processing and Payment: <br /> 1. Just Pay it <br /> a. One time,un enrolled website to facilitate permit summary data and payment <br /> b. Site Branding-Branded to match the look and feel of Customer <br /> c. Payment Processing-Payments via ACH and Credit Card <br /> d. Summary permit data and payment will be obtained via API provided by Metavante and CRW <br /> 2. Biller Console <br /> a. Web based administrative tool for employees of Customer only <br /> b. Reporting,payments and payment history <br /> c. Customer management <br /> d. Remittance Feeds <br /> 3. Professional Services <br /> a. Marketing Consultant&Adoption Marketing Tools <br /> b.
